Hiya,

We have a cosy double room for single occupancy available from tomorrow for 3 months. Our 4 bedroom home has been recently refurbished and has a garden which is great for BBQs in Summer.

The room is furnished and well connected to Manor House (Piccadilly Line) tube station; Harringay overground station and Harringay station (10min train to Old Street/Moorgate).

You will be sharing with 3x friendly and social professionals (27-30 yrs), Ryan is British and a flight attendant, Alice is British and an English teacher based in Leicester Square and Bec is an Executive Assistant based in Piccadilly Circus & from NZ. We all get on really well and enjoy getting together for drinks at the pub or Netflix marathons in the lounge. We're looking for someone who is social, tidy and a professional and who enjoys catching up over a wine or two (but respects it's not a party house).

The place is close to lots of shops/ cafes/ organic stores and a big Sainsburys.

The room is £650 per month (which includes all bills) and the deposit is £550. The move in date is tomorrow, Friday the 21st of Feb. If you are interested in a viewing tonight, please send a message with a bit about yourself and your availability.
