Your flatmate is a friendly, lively, intelligent, 23 year old professional man. Smokers are welcome.
The tenancy will be inclusive of council tax, washing and cooking facilities as well as WiFi..
The only additional costs are your own food and consumables plus a parking permit, which is available should you require one.
I just need a couple of references, a £200 returnable damage deposit and £360, being one calendar months rent in advance, so early viewing is recommended.
