Massive Double Bedroom Next To Station And Shops
Massive room, fully furnished, double bed. It is very bright as it has 3 windows!
Couples welcome :)
The house is a 2 bedroom house with a small gym, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Bathroom with bathtub. All bills included, fast Internet.
The kitchen has been refurbished and alsonutribullet, foreman grill, oven and slow cooker. The fridge is American size, with a lot of space.
Available in mid April.
3 minutes from station and 2 minutes from Aldi, Costa Coffee, Pizza express, Café nero, Domino's and two parks nearby.
Friendly area. Living in Upminster means that you're 15 minutes from West Ham and 20min from fenchurch Street \ Tower Hill
Note: yes, I've put the advert in this location because no one would actually check Upminster ( I wouldn't, because looks far) I was like that and I was wrong! The train (the C2C) is just a joy and leaves you in West Ham in two stops (13 minutes, sharp) also in Stratford or Fenchurch Street with the direct train.
If you work or want to live in East London, here you get Aldi, a massive house and a friendlier neighbourhood for less money (and Aldi, don't forget Aldi..)
I am a secondary school teacher of Spanish and computer science from Spain, friendly and easygoing but independent, I just want someone clean and nice to share this massive house!
Hit me up if you have any questions, calls after 4 pm but I answer text or emails fast.
