Located in a quiet side street close to the shops in Headington, this furnished double room is in a semi-detached house and has permit parking outside. Bills or council tax which total about £100/ month are NOT included but mean this room still represents exceptional value-for-money and will be snapped up fast! (No agent fees)

We are 3 professional lads looking for a 4th guy (sorry girls!) to move in November after our current housemate moves to his new home at the end of October. The room will be available from the 1st November.

The house has a large kitchen with all the usual mod cons including washing machine and there is a good-sized garden and fast-speed wireless internet connection. There is just one bathroom and no second toilet but we have found that four guys sharing can make this work without any problems.

The new, male housemate is expected to be in full-time work (no students, please), clean & tidy, respectful and had previous experience of sharing in a house so understands the “give and take” that this entails.

This is a friendly “home” rather than a place of lodgings where we all work full-time but are relaxed and get on well with each other. It is important to us that whoever moves in is friendly and can fit in with life in the house.
