Double En-Suite Furnished Room Available February

We are a recently married couple looking to let one of the spare rooms in our house. We are both professionals who work quite long hours- we'd be looking for a considerate tenant who'd be looking for a similar lifestyle setup.

The south facing room is a lovely, furnished double with a desk and wardrobe (newly refurbished with new carpets, paint and curtains). You'll also have your own shower room. We can provide bed sheets if required. Your room has a lock for your privacy. There is additional storage space in the attic or garage if required.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Didcot Train station and a 15 minute walk to the new town centre. We have a spare off-street parking space and a garden too.

Let includes all bills, plus fibre broadband and we have a weekly cleaner- so no cleaning involved! Facilities include oven, microwave, nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

We have a very docile cat and an extremely friendly dog- we would consider a pet if it would be a good match for our pets.
