2 rooms in friendly shared house

first room (ground floor)

Hi everyone,

Sadly our flatmates are moving in together and they are leaving us :( …so we are renting out 2 lovely rooms in our friendly house located just off Abingdon Road. Super near Tesco Express and bus stops to town, south Oxford and Abingdon.

There are 5 rooms in the house and we are looking for 2 more housemates starting from the beginning of December (dates are flexible). You will be sharing with 2 Italians (one girl one guy) and one Greek girl. Our ages are from 26 to 27 so ideally we are looking for 2 young professionals (24-30 yo) to share with.
We are friendly and sociable people, we like to hang out all together in the house - play music, play some games or just watch a movie. We would like to find someone that could fit well in the environment and that would consider this as their own home rather than a place just to sleep.

First room (£410 per month) is on the ground floor. It faces a big garden located on the front of the house, which faces the river.
The second room (£460 per month) is located on the second floor.
Both rooms come unfurnished and the price doesn’t include bills or council tax (these are around £100ish per month - cheaper during summer).
