Top floor double bedroom available early November

Looking for a housemate to move into my 2 bed house in Burley, Leeds. Current housemate is leaving due to traveling.

The available bedroom is on the top floor, with a good space for making your own. The bedroom comes with wardrobes and a thin bookshelf but can be unfurnished for your own furniture on request!
The house is set over 4 floors and comes with all the basics; washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven ect. Rent is 468 with bills included.
*Bills can fluctuate depending on provider usage*

Burley train station is a 10-15 minute walk away and also within close vicinity to Aldi, Asda, McDonald's and more! There is also an available bus route to the city near by.

About me: I currently work full time at Jessops. In my free time I mainly skate with friends or chill at home, either doing work or enjoying a bit of Xbox. I like hanging out with people in a chill setting but can enjoy heading out just as much, though i'm not too into going crazy. A good housemate with decent taste in music and entertainment isn't a must, but would be nice!
