Hi Guys,

I reluctantly have to move out of our bottom floor flat in Streatham as I have been relocated for work.

We've only been in the house for about 6 weeks so I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease with the two current house mates. The lease is for 24 months.

The room available is a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and dresser storage and windows with shutters.

The flat is quite big, (3 bedrooms total) with a big bench kitchen, dining table and living room as well as a huge paver/stone backyard.

There is street parking available and the nearest sainsburys is a 5 minute walk up the road.

The nearest bus stop is about a 2 minute walk and that will take you to tooting broadway/wimbledon or the other direction towards streatham and brixton.

The current housemates are both young professionals and looking for someone who fits the same profile who is a bit of a relaxed person and not too messy.

The rent is £670pcm with bills on top of that of about £60 a month.

If you're new to London and need bedding, I can include the duvet, covers, sheets, pillows, throw and electric blanket for £120
