We have a lovely spacious en-suite bedroom to let in our large family home - our current tenant is relocating.
Location:
Long Ashton; it is a lovely place to live, being a quiet and calm place with countryside all around; but right by the city. Our home is on a quiet road with no through traffic and plenty of street parking.
Just of the cycle path that travels into Bristol centre (route 33). We are also 2x min walk from the nearest bus stop, 15mins by car to the city centre and park and ride is 1 mile away.

Us:
My wife, 9-year-old son and I will be sharing the house with you. I am 35 and work in private medical. My wife is 34 and works from home as a childminder. We keep a tidy and clean home and we are looking for someone that is wanting a chilled space to live in. We have 2 pets (a dog and cat), they are not allowed in the bedrooms and a well behaved.
The room:
There is a desk, large wardrobe with ample draws and hanging space. The bed has a near new memory foam mattress.
There is a private en-suite with a very powerful shower and further storage.
