I have a double bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house in the Whitehills locale of East Kilbride.

The house comes with parking, garden (with a shed to store bikes etc), conservatory, downstairs W. C., 3rd single bedroom with a futon and a chest of drawers for guests to stay/additional storage, shared bathroom with 4-piece suite. Kitchen comes with pretty much everything you need - washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and a separate freezer unit. House comes with cable TV, broadband as well. You will have access to all shared areas of the house.

The room is a double bedroom with a free-standing closet and a chest of drawers. Room also has a SCART socket for an additional tv box, and a small tv bracket on the wall. Views from the room are to the garden at the back of the house and the “mini park” in between estates.

A quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of visitors parking. A lot of green spaces around the house. Morrison’s supermarket and other local shops only a mile away!

It’s £650 a month including all bills.

I’m 30, originally from Singapore but have lived in a a couple of countries over the years. I work full time in retail management so I’ll be out of the house most of the time. I enjoy the outdoors - cycling, climbing, walking, various sports, watching films, going to explore new places and really just chilling. I’m not much of a drinker so the party scene isn’t really my thing - I’d much prefer a nice dinner and chilled evening with some live music.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female housemate. If you share the same interests, that would be even better!
