I'm letting out my lovely large double bedroom in a beautiful house with wonderful housemates! I'm moving onto pastures new and hope I find someone that loves the house and housemates as much as I do :)

The room is a spacious double with built in wardrobes, shelves and drawers. It's lovely and light in the daytime and cosy at night.

There is a Jack and Jill bathroom (one of those with two entrances) directly off the room that is shared with the girl in the room adjacent.

The rest of the house consists of a large kitchen with breakfast bar, a large lounge including two sofas and a dining table and a spacious garden with decking, patio and table and chairs.

The other four girls are great so I am looking for someone who wants to live as part of a home, not just someone that solely hides in their room...

Move in date 1st September 2019.

Deposit £816 (this is in a secure deposit scheme through our landlords). This will be required to secure the room and stop any further viewings.

September rent £320 (to cover until September 14th). This will be required by 24th August 2019.

First rent due to house 14th September 2019 (£670).
