Hey everyone,

I've unfortunately had to move back to Ireland, and have to give up this fantastic room based in Salford, only 15 minutes away from Manchester City Centre. The room is massive, and comes fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, desk, cabinets and bed side table. The area is very quiet, with parking available outside the front of the house.

The house has been fully renovated with modern decorations, with full kitchen facilities, washing facilities, WIFI and a smart TV. The room itself is upstairs, right beside the bathroom, with locks for your own privacy.

There is a bus station at the bottom of the street (1 minute walk) which takes you in to town in about 15 minutes, however you can walk to Arndale in 35 minutes. The train station is about 10 minutes away from the house aswell.

All bills are included in the house, with a £100 agency free being paid for admin if you choose to move in.

I was devastated to leave such a nice room so I hope whoever moves in appreciates it as much as myself.

*The landlord will only accept smokers as long as they are not smoking inside the house.

*There are two gentlemen living in the property now. Cyril is a student and Muir has taken Alex's room - he is a young professional.

*We will indeed complete a reference (income, credit check and landlord) - this needs to be satisfactory in order for a tenant/applicant to move in.

Viewings - 24 hour access notice to tenants is required and normally do viewings Mo-Fr 9am-5:30pm.
