I am currently looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at my beautiful apartment in Salford, just outside the city - essentially castlefield area. The apartments are pretty new, only been open for two years.

The room is a good size with a double bed and a beautiful view of the city. You have a large open plan kitchen and living area as well as your own private bathroom.

There is a free in-site gym which you are able to use which has all new equipment as well and beautiful outdoor areas to relax in the summer. In the winter, feel free to take advantage of the private screening room which is available for firing free of charge.

I love my apartment and it is a shame I’m moving but I must move due to work commitments.

Housemate is a cool guy and super easy to get along with.
