Mornington Crescent - large bedroom in cosy house

We are looking for a relaxed (ideally) male who likes to cook and drink wine to join our home in a quiet area of South Manchester ASAP. The room available is the second largest in the house largest and comes fully furnished.

The house isn't huge itself but (we like to think) is cosy and homely. There is a big and beautiful garden (including a pond), a spacious living room, a pretty bathroom and a charming kitchen/dining area.

The location is good with close bus links to town, a short taxi away from the airport and nearby to Withington high street.

Currently three of us live here, two girls and a boy, who have full-time jobs so we tend to have quite relaxed evenings with friends during the week (there's often people coming and going, especially for dinner) but are very much partial to night out, or two. on the weekend.
