The property is in a very sought after location. It is around 8/10 minutes walk to Colliers Wood tube station and 12/14 minutes to South Wimbledon station (Northern line, zone 3, 24hr on weekends) and a 3 minute walk to the bus stops for nearby Wimbledon, Tooting, Wandsworth and beyond.
Next to the flat there is a Nuffield Health Gym, a Big M&S store, huge Sainsbury's Supermarket, and KFC and Pizza Hut are located outside the front door!
There is also the Tandem Centre across the road offering further local shops (Boots, Nando's, Starbucks, Lidl, TK Maxx) and the fantastic Merton Abbey Mills with an array of restaurants, shops, weekend farmers and craft market, and great pub also located on the doorstep.
