Short let double room available

Hiya!

I'm off travelling for 2 months in January and my room will be available for a short let until I return.

This room is available from Mid January for 2 months, its a 10 min walk to/from the station and all bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax, virgin broadband) and a fornightly cleaner.
The room is located in a 2 bedroom flat on the 5th floor of a building and has a small balcony. The flat will be shared with one other female professional.

£170 a week for single occupancy / £200 a week for couples
