Beautiful Large Apartment In A Great Location.

My brother and I are looking for a new flatmate to rent our spacious spare room with a super king bed, which comes with a living/office room. Both my brother and I are working professionals, Ludo being a Cinematographer and myself an Airline Pilot.

Sadly our previous flatmate has moved into his girlfriends flat. We are looking for someone with lovely energy, tidy and is in tune with peoples personal space and surroundings. I've had a few inquiries asking if we accept couples and also couples with kids, sadly this is not what we are looking for, only one extra flatmate. If you have a girlfriend/boyfriend and want them to stay once in a while that's fine with us, just not full time.

Ludo is currently making a documentary on Global Warming, and over the last couple of years, he’s seen the devastation that meat consumption is doing to our planet and so both he and I have turned to a plant-based diet. We prefer someone who is also like-minded and isn’t a big meat eater to share our kitchen with. We don’t judge people who eat meat/dairy and won’t pester you, but if you are a BIG meat eater then perhaps you are not the right fit for us. We are looking for someone who is into fitness, health, happiness and brings good vibes to our apartment. No smokers please. We are looking for someone who is also very Covid conscious, as so far, none of us (or aware of) have caught it and really don’t want it.

A bit about the apartment, it’s a 3-minute walk to Putney Bridge tube station and a 8 min walk to Parsons Green tube station. If you are a member of The Hurlingham Club, it’s a 30-sec walk from the main entrance. If you love running and parks, we have Bishops Park (3-4min walk) or Hurlingham Park (4 min walk) nearby. We have street parking which is readily available, but you would need to get a parking permit, which is easy to get.

Its a basement apartment with very high ceilings (10.8ft) and large windows in every room, so it feels airy and bright. The bedroom on offer is spacious with a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a walk-in closet for hanging up clothes. The Bedroom also comes with an office/living room (also with an en-suite bathroom, so if your working from home this is ideal for you).

The shared area is a large open planned kitchen/sitting room with all amenities and appliances. We have a full Sky package (movies and sports) in the living room and fast broadband internet in every room so Netflix/Amazon Prime or any streaming works well in the bedroom and office.

We both have girlfriends that come over sometimes in weekdays but mostly on the weekends.

We have a small, friendly family dog called Zee, she’s a Black Working Cocker Spaniel that visits on a nearly daily basis so you would need to be dog-friendly.
