Pleasant large double room close to buses, tram and local shops. All bills included.
We are looking for a lodger (or a couple- for an extra £75/ month) for one of the rooms in our 4 bed property which is fairly close to Burton Road Metro and vibrant West Didsbury with its many bars and restaurants.. It is near to a busy bus route with buses running all night. Christie's and Withington Hospital are close by as well as the Universities, Didsbury and of course Manchester city centre. It is also opposite Withington Baths with pool, gym and fitness classes
You will be sharing with two working 25-30 year olds one of whom is the son of the landlord and one room is kept available to Airbnb guests or very occasionally ourselves when back in the country and so is not always in use.
We would consider singles or couples (price for a couple is £675 per month) and also well behaved pets
