Spital Tongues Double Room available

I am a Master's of Architecture student looking to rent my room out as I am going on exchange to Singapore next semester. The room is available from the 1st January 2019 until 7th September 2019 and we are preferably looking for a professional or post-graduate student.

The house is situated in a quiet street in Spital Tongues. We are about a 10 minute walk from Newcastle University campus, or a 20 minute walk from Haymarket in the centre of town with good bus connections nearby. The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, patio out the back, bathroom and three bedrooms. Your room will be fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, shelves and a chest of drawers.

I am currently living with two others. One is an Architecture Masters student like myself and the other is a professional. They are very friendly people and we often sit down to eat and watch tv together in the shared lounge, but equally they will respect your privacy if you opt not to do this. The house is very clean and tidy.

Important prices/fees for you to know:

£340 for rent per calendar month as listed in the ad (not including bills)
£60 for bills (we each pay this per month for gas, electricity, broadband and water)
£88.67 per calendar month for council tax (NOTE: FOR PROFESSIONALS ONLY, THIS WON'T APPLY TO POST-GRAD STUDENTS)
