Double bedroom, great area.

Hello! I'm Mike, a current tenant in this house, and I'm looking to fill a spacious spare double bedroom.

The room is a large, double bedroom with ample storage space and a comfortable bed. It has two large cupboards, a chest of drawers, and will also have a small computer desk and chair.

As for the rest of the house, there's a medium size but cosy living room, a large dining room with a big dining table, a kitchen with all necessary mod-cons (including a washing machine), a bathroom with shower, a back yard (great in the summer), a large basement for extra storage and a small guest bedroom for when you're looking to put friends or family up! For a two person shared house it really is quite a lot of room.

The house itself is fantastically located, as it's easy walking distance into the city centre, with regular buses. There are also a number of great cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby, and it's just across the road from a Tesco. Some personal local highlights for me are: Broadfield pub, which has lovely food and beer; Picturehouse social, only 2 minutes walk away, featuring amazing pizza, films and cocktails; and finally the Forge Bakehouse, an artisan bakery with a great little cafe attached.

I'm working as a support worker looking after people with learning disabilities, and studying website building part-time. I've lived here in Sheffield for a number of years now, so although I'm often quite busy I'm always happy to make new friends and show people the city if they're new to the area. When I'm not working or studying I like keeping fit, seeing friends, music, cinema and boardgames (I've got a good collection of games at home). As for yourself, if you consider yourself a tidy, friendly person, and you're looking for a home rather than a party house, I'd love to meet you!
