We have a couple of great fully furnished double rooms available right now! They’re just off Chillingham Road Heaton in an awesome flatshare.

All bills included in price (gas, electric, water, council tax, super fast virgin 100mb broad band, virgin TV, TV license, Netflix)

It’s a large 3 bed house with 2 bathrooms, kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine 42” TV etc. Cozy living room with 55” TV and 3 comfy sofas. There’s a front yard for BBQ in the summer and the house is south facing so it gets the sun all day.

The rooms both have brand new double beds, wardrobes, chest of draws, desks and chairs. The house comes fully equipped kitchen with essentials like utensils, crockery, iron etc.

The house is in a great location, 5 min walk to Chillingham Metro and 1 min walk to the number 1 bus route to town. There’s loads of on street parking. Also loads of cafes, restaurants, take aways and a couple of great pubs within walking distance.

I’m a 35 professional who’s lived in flat shares since I was a whippersnapper. Been about the place and lived here and there but I’ve come back to Newcastle because I think my heart is in the North East. I like watching awesome TV, gaming, board games (cool board games), camping/outdoor mischief and chatting about life the universe and everything in between. I also completely understand and respect every person’s need for their own space and privacy.
