Hi!

Our flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so we're looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable professional to join us.

The flat is in a great location - a 10-minute walk to Highbury & Islington tube and a 5-minute walk to Essex Road station. We're on a quiet residential street but a few minutes walk away from the bars and restaurants of Upper Street. The area has everything you want - including some lovely gardens right by the flat to sit in on the sunny days!

The flat has three bedrooms, with a living room, open kitchen, and a bathroom. You'll be sharing with me (I work in the pharmaceutical industry) and Carolina (she works as an architect). The flat's recently been painted and the bathroom's been completely refurbished so it all looks nice and fresh! The kitchen has everything you need, eg oven, new fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, desk, and big wardrobe.

The rent is £810 a month. Bills (utilities, council tax, and broadband) work out around £60-£70 per month - less in the summer bit more in the winter.

The deposit is £750 (which is protected in a deposit scheme) and our letting agents require a £50 referencing/admin fee.

We've put the moving date to the 21st of July, but we can be also flexible.
