For this price you will have a single bedroom on the second floor and a double room on the upper floor which can be used as a bedroom or sitting room or for storage. It's totally up to you how you wish to use the two rooms. You would of course, still have full use of the living room/dining room and kitchen.

The 2 rooms are unfurnished although the rest of the property is fully furnished. Gas and electricity approx £30 per month per person and the TV License will be split equally.
