Large Double Room in Spacious Flat

Hey i’m Max! Sadly, my lovely roommate is being transferred for work so i’m looking for someone to take her room on Jan 31st. It’s a large, bright, double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom (shower included). It has a mirrored closet, large storage closet and all furniture is included (even the bed!)

The flat itself is the top floor of a two-storey development with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open living room and a spacious kitchen. Gas stove/oven, central gas heating, washer, and all furniture/utensils are included. The council tax is £256 every two months (£128 each) so each month is £470pp with rent/internet/utilities inc.

The flat is located in Bridgeton Cross, 2 minutes from the train station. It’s a 20-25 min walk to merchant city centre (7 mins via train) and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Glasgow Green.

I just moved here from Canada a couple months ago after finishing my undergrad from UVIC (Environmental Studies/Anthropology). Now I’m working as a waitress part-time and exploring the city on my days off! I’m a really easy going roommate, love to hang, watch movies, have a beer or two, or go out for a hike. But I do really appreciate and respect alone time as well. A clean space is important too!
