Housemate wanted! Double room in shared house

Large double room available for single occupancy in spacious shared house in Boscombe with communal use of kitchen-dining room, living room, bathroom, separate shower room and small garden. Additionally there is a spare room available for the occasional use of guests if organised in advance. There is free on-road parking outside and we are located just five minutes walk from the shopping centre and bus station, twenty minutes from Bournemouth train station and fifteen minutes from the beach. You would be sharing with myself, Jen (the homeowner), one other lodger, Lucy. We are hard working professionals who enjoy an occasional night out but also like a quiet evening in front of the TV. Looking for a tidy, sociable person in full-time employment to join us. The room is offered unfurnished for £450 per calendar month (inclusive of bills which are reviewed semi-annually) with some furniture available if necessary. Rent is payable in advance with one month’s rent required as a deposit. I am looking for somebody to stay long-term so three months is the minimum stay - no maximum. A non-smoker is preferable (no smoking inside the house) and pets are welcome if they are small, clean and remain in your room.
