Large double bedroom available now in Hove

Hiya! Our wonderful housemate has moved back to France so we are looking for someone to fill his boots!

We have a pretty chilled home made up of me (Kevin), Helen and Renata - French, English and Polish. We are pretty relaxed and want to find someone who will fit in. It's a relatively tidy home and we enjoy eachothers company with the odd film night or night out. Although it's not a party house we do occasionally have people round.

So a bit about the room... It quite big (as you can see in the pictures) and has a big kitchen with loads of cupboard space and a big living room. There is also a garden - a dream in Brighton/hove area!!!

The area is great, really close to aldrington station, bus stops and plenty of bars/shops etc! Were not far from boulder Brighton either - if that's up your street! And it's only about a 10 minuet walk from the beach.

The rent is £480 + bills (a bit under £100 on average). There is also agency fees and a deposit. But the agency is good and get any work done quickly so that's a bonus.

It's a 6month tenancy but the option to renew each 6 months is there. We love this space and can't see any of us trotting off any time soon!
