Top Floor Yours

Hiya, we’re looking for the right person to share a warm cosy, sociable house with. The 1st floor of the house will be yours but you are welcome to come and hang out with us. You’ll have your own lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Fully furnished with double bed and couches. The house is situated on a friendly safe street in the Salvington area. The kitchen is downstairs and shared with two others. I’m a teacher and the other flatmate is my 22 year old son. We love music so will generally have a radio on or Spotify. This isn’t a party house but we do like to socialize and have a drink or two on a Friday. We don’t mind if you have visitors as long as they’re not nutters and this place will be yours just as much as it is ours. We don’t mind vape smokers, we listen to music, drink beer and wine, laugh when it’s funny and generally love life!
