I have a double room available in a modern spacious flat right in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester. My current flat mate is moving back to Wales after her Masters in March and I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy with me. Rent works out at £497.50 each plus bills so in total it’s around £650 a month.

The flat is located within a few minutes walk of Alchemist, The Ivy, Tesco, Pure Gym and Bannatyne, Tesco, Starbucks, Marks and Spencer’s, Slug and Lettuce and is very close to Deansgate. The location is ideal for people working in the city centre and those who like a cheap taxi or short walk home after a night out!

The room available is a good sized double room and you will have full use of the main bathroom. The flat is kitted our with all utilities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc.

The building is very secure and requires fob access and you can’t hear anything going on in the building as soon as the door is shut. All other tenants are really friendly and nice and the concierge Alan always brightens up your day!

I currently work at a law firm in Spinningfields 9-5 most days but sometimes work late. I am very laidback, clean and tidy, friendly, sociable and I’m hoping for a flat mate who is the same that I can also get on with :)

My interests involve going to the gym, going out for food and drinks, binge watching Netflix and skiing.
