I am looking for a young professional to live with me in a bright and lovely flat in the heart of Bruntsfield to take the place of my flatmate going for new adventures in South America.
The double bedroom is in a spacious, top floor flat, available from Mid-February. The property has a large open plan living space.
The property is in a fantastic location just off 1 min walk from Morningside/Bruntsfield park. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, which have become local favourites.
The bills are approximately 100£/month in Summer and 140 in Winter. It includes electricity, gas, broadband and council tax.
