Double bedroom in Hamble

Hello, I am looking for a new housemate to come and live with me as my current one is sadly moving to Scotland at the end of the month.

In the interest of being open and honest, my place is currently on the market for sale so I would be looking to up size to a 3 bed house once this sells. This will be somewhere relatively local and I will still want a housemate when I move so would love it if whoever's is living with me would be up for coming with me. But there is no pressure.

The bedroom for rent is a double room and has a double bed, wardrobe, side table and a set of drawers in there. My room has an en suit so the main bathroom would be all yours. There is a bath in there with a shower too.

This room will be £500 PCM

This Price includes all bills.

I have a fairly good sized lounge and kitchen/dining area which will be shared. There is a TV in the lounge which has Netlix and all the general TV catch ups.

My place is about a 15 minute walk to the train station and about 5 minutes into the village where there are a few nice pubs.

I'm looking for a professional to rent the room. It's decorated throughout and is clean and tidy so I would like someone who will keep it in good order. I work all sorts of shifts... days, lates and nights so ideally I'd like someone who is considerate to this as I will often be sleeping during the day. I'm very easy going and whoever moves in I want you to feel at home so happy for you to have friends and family visit. I also have a dog who is mainly here when I'm not working. He stays at my mums when I'm working though so I wouldt expect any help with him, unless of course you love dogs and want to help.
