The monthly rental is £580 for a single £750 for a couple, all bills included except electricity (£40 per month)

Available to move in from March 3rd. Minimum term is 6months.

Share areas of the house include the kitchen(includes 1 small fridge, 1 medium fridge, dishwasher, laundry, oven and lots of storage space) and the bathroom(with a shower), and a small balcony. There's no living room in the flat.

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent required.
Monthly rent to be paid in advance. One month notice needed when ending the tenancy.
