2 Double Rooms available in a spacious dormer bungalow. One of the double rooms has a single bed only. The rooms are fully furnished and include a TV with access to Sky. Bedding and towels will also be provided.

Facilities include access to a large shared bathroom which is situated on the same floor as the 2 available bedrooms. The bathroom includes a large bath and a large shower.

There will also be access to a shared kitchen, living room and conservatory (which includes a dining area). Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine and there's access to lots of storage in the kitchen. Crockery, utensils and other kitchen equipment will be provided.

The property is based in a quiet culdesac and is situated in an idyllic location that gives you beautiful views of the surrounding rural areas. The property isn't overlooked by any neighbours and you'll have access to a garden and a patio are so that you can relax.

The location is ideal for travel as you can access buses to Manchester City Centre/Bury/Rawtenstall/Burnle y after making a 5-minute walk down the road.

The M62 exit 17 and the Metrolink isn't too far away and can be reached by a short drive or a 15-minute walk. You're only 3 miles away from the Manchester City Centres.

Local amenities are great and there's' access to various supermarkets and shops in the nearby area.

I live with my two friendly dogs: a Dalmatian and White Retriever. They're great pets and get on well with new people. I'm very easy going and will make my new lodgers feel very welcome as I've house-shared in the past with much success.
