Hello!

We have a small cosy room to let in a house with loads of communal space and storage. The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, small double bed and desk. Rent is £450 plus energy bills (approx £30 per month) £400 deposit required and reference. Although lots of communal space this may not be the right fit for someone that works from home. No couples or pets I'm afraid. We can negotiate moving in dates for the right fit.

House…
Very homely with loads of communal space. We have the Netham Park literally on our doorstep so its a really quiet street. Big kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, shed for storing bikes, garden for BBQs in the summer and nice bathroom.

Location…
It’s just a 5 minute walk to Church road, with regular bus routes to the city. Parking outside is never a problem. It’s a 10 minute cycle into town and a 15/20 walk to Lawrence hill station and Easton. 25/ 30 minutes walk into town.

Housemates…
We are in our early thirties and both work full time. We are tidy, easygoing, respectful, occasionally like to let loose but mainly want the house to feel like a peaceful home everyone can feel relaxed in. We both have hobbies outside of work, enjoy being creative and active.

A like minded person who understands the need for personal space but would also want to do more than co-exist would be great!
