Double Bedroom in Lovely Big Flat.

Hello,

I'm looking for a flatmate for my lovely large 3 bedroom flat in Seven Sisters. It's a big, 2 story apartment and the bedrooms are away from the living area. There's a third bedroom which i use as a study/ reading room. So there's loads of living space.

It has a brand new kitchen with gas hobs and plenty of cupboards for everyone's stuff. The living room is large and bright and faces the south facing sunny garden. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and good hot water and pressure. The loo is separate so no being busting while waiting to get in to the shower room!

The flat is located really close to the high street and the massive Tesco and it's a 3 minute walk to Seven Sisters tube - so Oxford Circus in 20 mins and Liverpool Street in 30.

The room is bright with a lovely comfy double bed with under bed storage, a chest of draws and a built in wardrobe.

Right next door to the room is a large storage space with plenty of room for suit cases, boxes, golf club, tennis rackets, guitars, cameras etc (you get my drift, it's pretty big!). There's also storage spots down stairs in the main flat, too.

I make tv documentaries. I am Aussie/British and am a keen runner. I meditate and live fairly healthily. I have the occasional BBQ or pal around for supper. I'd love to live with peeps who are tidy, considerate and lovely. Im a lesbian so you obvs need to be ok with this. I'm pretty easy going and want the flat to feel like your home too.
