Double Room in Manchester
Hi there,
I am renting out my double room that is based in Didsbury in Manchester. I have been offered a job in London from April - August, so am looking for someone to move in during that time.
We are a house of 5 actors, creatives and friendly people. We all work part time jobs so are used to doing our own thing, but love a catch up in the kitchen from time to time.
Ideally looking for someone who has the same interests of Theatre, Cinemas and chilled evenings in. We respect each others privacy and are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and will look after the house. We are not a party house!
We live a 5-10 min walk from the main bus route into the city centre, with 142 (£1.50 a ticket) coming very regularly and Didsbury village tram link which takes you right into the city centre in 20/25 mins.
The rent is £299 a month, with bills added on = £350.
Pictures are yet to be put up! But if interested do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks x Jazz x
