Hi there, Andy here, letting out a room in a cosy basic flat 5 minutes from Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line) Zone 2.
Looking for someone hassle free to fill the room for 3 months (negotiable)
Basic room, clean and a steal at £650pm for anyone working central. Victoria line.
Adjoined kitchen. Bathroom shared with one other guy. Small garden which needs some work but probably wont be used until Summer again anyway. Other flatmate is chilled / friendly & keeps to himself so you wont have any problems there. I live local and will be available 24/7 for any issues. Please note we're updating the photos this weekend with the new layout - the bed will be where the lounge currently is.
