A bit about me;
My name is Jamie, and I work in marketing. I enjoy being active, riding my bike(both cycling and motorised kind). I work 9-5, so I am around most evenings, I do enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine and a home cooked meal, but totally respect others privacy. I am clean and tidy and enjoy my space being the same.

A bit about you;
Someone who is looking for a cosy home, an easygoing mature professional/student, who is clean and tidy.

There is no living room, but a dinky little office where we can eat food, etc.

PS: There are plenty of local shops - loads of pubs, restaurants and even two gyms... Transport connections are reliable, 20 min to Shoreditch, 20 min to London Bridge, 20 min to Victoria. And a ton of busses.

Bills are not crazy, about £30 for gas and elec/month, a quarterly council tax bill, around £80 every three months and the water bill when it comes not sure what that is yet. Broadband included in the rent.
