Double room (3m x 3m) available in friendly, spacious house. Price inclusive of all bills, with the exception of logs for the fire. A Mon-Fri let is also possible for a reduced rent.

The house is in a great location in Upper Knowle, just off the Wells Rd, on the Totterdown border. Located a few minutes walk from local shops, banks, pubs, cafes and bars and regular buses into the Centre/Templemeads. The number 2 will take you into the centre, Park Street, Whiteladies Road, the Downs and Cribbs Causeway. The entrance to Arnos Court park is a minutes walk away.

Communal areas include a large kitchen/diner and spacious sitting room with open fire. In addition to the bathroom, there is a second loo on the ground floor. The garden is south facing, landscaped and decked. Gas central heating, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, fast fibre broadband etc. There is no off-street parking, but plenty of parking is freely available on the street (no residents' parking scheme in place).

The room overlooks the garden and is furnished with a double bed (great quality mattress), bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail, chair and blackout blind.

We are looking for a relaxed and considerate person, probably late twenties/thirties and employed. The house is no smoking but you're very welcome to smoke in the garden if you like.
