Room Available in John Lester & Eddie Colman Court

If you go to/are starting at university of salford and looking for accommodation, I live in John Lester Court which is ££1060 for the 10 week term (££106pw) available for just one term, and can be extended at reception if you wish. It is in Salford which is a 10 minute walk to the University of Salford and a 10 minute train journey from Manchester Piccadilly, I have flat available from around April 5th with a single bed, computer desk, wardrobe and all bills are paid for. It also includes free WiFi, fridge freezer, microwave, oven. It also comes with a launderette and free gym on the downstairs floor. I live on floor 5, so not too high from everything and not too low so you can hear any noise.
There is one other room mates, Alex, adn one other spare room. He's nice and easy to get along with. He also keeps the place tidy and is respectably quiet. I'm leaving for personal reasons and ideally would like to move out at the beginning of April, if you're interested in moving in around that time. Also, if there's 2 of you looking for a place together then you can both move in here.
Rent for the term is due on 30th of April so you'd have time to find your feet before you have to pay. Also, this room is perfect for those coming to Salford university for just one term and need a short term space to live.
