Hey, looking to see if anybody would be interested in taking over my contract March until the end of July. This modern 4 bedroom house is located on Alderson Road- Smithdown. The rent is £90 per week including bills. Two tenants (PGCE students, male and female- a couple) are already living in the house and are great company! Another double bedroom within the house is also available. Another free room in our house due to going back to Ireland for our final placement as we are PGCE students.
