Spacious fully furnished double room, on top floor in a friendly flatshare, with view on beautiful garden.

This is a great place! Quiet, green, yet 5mins walk from Golders Green tube station (Zone 3) and all amenities, and 3mins walk from Golders Hill Park.

The room is fully furnished, with abundance of storage: a double bed, a huge wardrobe, 2 shelves and two chests of drawers.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, including 2 showers, 2 loos and a bathtub. No waiting for a bathroom ever!

There is also an independent living room that you can use to receive friends, rehearse something, or just work or watch a movie.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine and a dishwasher. It also includes all the kitchen implements, cutlery, plates, glasses and cookware you will ever need and more (there is even a fondue machine!).

The flat is spacious and offers a good balance of communal space and personal space.

You will share with four professionals in their 30s, all very friendly and very used to living in a flatshare: a German couple working in cycling tours and acting, an American man studying film making in London, a German woman working in marketing.

All these people are very friendly and respectful of your space.

There is a great atmosphere in the flat, and we organise the occasional brunch where everyone cooks, or film night in the living room.

There is a large beautiful communal garden with trees and grass, and a barbecue for the summer days.

Golders Hill Park, which is 3mins walk away, is directly connected to Hampstead Heath. The park is beautiful and even has tennis courses, ping pong tables, and a tiny zoo!

The house in on a quiet street and is very calm.

The walls are very thick too, you never hear your flatmates.

The flat has 4 bedrooms and is on the second floor of the property.

A cleaner comes every 3 weeks to clean the communal areas.

The landlord is very nice and responsive- we hardly ever see him but he sends someone to repair things straightaway when we have the occasional issue.

There is a Sainsbury's open 7am-10pm, located 5 mins away from the flat.

The rent is £715/month + bills, which are £60 to £110 (this includes council tax + cleaner, as well as gas, water & broadband), depending on the month.

I have lived in this room for 5 years and I have loved it.

Ideally you are a professional in their 20's or 30's, who has experience living in a flatshare and you want to live in a friendly, respectful, spacious place, minutes away from shops and transport links.

Don't hesitate to visit- it is by far the best place I have lived in, in my 11 years in London.
