Some further details about the flatshare:

The ROOM has a virtually new double-bed, an en-suite bathroom (equipped with a great power shower) and ample hanging and storage space. Unlike most 2-bedroom flats, the bedrooms are not next door to one other, allowing a welcome degree of privacy for both flatmates.

The FLAT is well-appointed with a spacious lounge and good-sized kitchen. The washer-dryer and couches are both new as of last year. There is also a dishwasher and microwave.

The flat can’t be beaten for LOCATION: it’s just a 4 min walk from Belsize Park station (Northern line) and Belsize Park High Street or 7-8 mins walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line). It’s a really lovely neighbourhood, with Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill in close walking distance and many shops and cafes nearby.

YOU: I'm looking to share with
- Another professional of a similar disposition (ideally female).
- Someone who is 'Covid conscious' and will be mindful of how they share spaces in these strange times.
- Someone who is not working from home full time (or who at least expects to return to their place of work at some point in the near-ish future).

Though I’m lucky enough to have become friends with all my former flatmates, I understand the importance of maintaining a balance between independence and inter-dependence in a flatshare. As a busy professional, I’m looking for a stable home environment, where peace and cordiality are the order of the day!

LANDLORD: the flat is rented directly from the landlord, so there are no agency or contract fees, although my landlord will ask for some basic references. They are good landlords, who readily replace items which break. They also employ a reliable handyman to look after their properties.

KITCHEN: the flat is pescetarian (though no seafood I'm afraid) and all other products need to be suitable for vegetarians.

RENT (7 days per week): the room rent is £923 pcm. Bills (Council tax, utilities and high speed-broadband) are in the region of an additional £150 pcm. We also have a great cleaner who costs £17.50 each per fortnight.

**I’m also amenable to a short term let or a 'part-time' flatshare.**
