Double room for single use available in our 3-bedroom Marylebone flat !!

The room is 8sq m with a big window. It has a lot of light and a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and bookcase, has a space for a desk or exercise mat if you do workouts :)The flat is clean, contains everything needed for the living. Windows are double-gazed, floors in rooms are wooden. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and additional separate toilet. We are located in secured block of flats on the 4th (top) floor with lift.

The rent is £600 per month excluding utilities which are usually about £80-£85 (Gas, electricity, Water, WiFi).
There is no agency involved, landlord is very responsive about issues if we have any.

The flat is located between Marylebone and Edgware Road stations. Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S are a 3-5 min walk. Church Street Market is also 5 min walk from here where you can find fresh fish/fruit or veggies. We are 10min walk from beautiful Regent's Park/Little Venice and 20min walk from Oxford Street and also close to many popular London attractions.

Other two rooms are occupied by professionals in early 30s. Paula is an Architect and Joanna is a CAD Technician. We would prefer female/ male professional.
