THE HOUSE

We have a double room to rent in our 3-bed semi detached house in Levenshulme. Two minutes from the train station and various bus stops, we live in a great location for commuting into town and other parts of Manchester. There is also on-street parking if you have a car.

The room is recently decorated and fully furnished with a kingsize bed, new memory foam mattress, two chests of drawers, mirror, shelves and hanging rail.

Further, we have a newly decorated kitchen, bathroom, dining room and lounge fully kitted out with good quality kitchen and dining equipment (Joel is a Chef), dishwasher, washing machine, shower, bath, Hi-Fi and 55" HD TV. We have a garden and BBQ, which get a lot of use in the summer!

THE HOUSEMATES

We are Harriet (27) and Joel (32), a sociable and down-to-earth Project Manager and Chef living with our 2 cats, Chips and Slim Shady. We are looking for chilled, clean, reliable housemate(s) who want a nice home and are willing to help take care of it. We are happy to speak to both individuals (£350pcm) and couples (£500pcm) interested in the room. Bills cost £100 a month.

Ideally, we're looking for someone we get on well with. We love food, music, politics, art and football. We like to cook dinners, chill, watch TV, hang out with mates, go to the pub and occasionally on a big night out. If this sounds good to you, drop us a line with a little bit about yourself and we can arrange for you to come over and visit.
