Hi there,

Becoming available soon is a serviced Double Room With Private Garden, Tennis Courts, which is 7-8 mins from District and piccadilly line.

The reason why im leaving is because ill be moving in with the girlfriend.

Please note, Sofa is included, but TV and TV table are not included.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings you see in the picture. Its top floor so no stomping around by people above! There is an intercom/ camera so you can see who is downstairs when they buzz. The apartments are serviced so you just put the rubbish outside of the front door in the evening and its collected in the morning monday to friday.

You will also have access to a private garden 2 minutes down the road which you need a code to enter. Tennis courts inside which you can kind of see it from the photo.

Your new house mates include two young working professional gents. Both are tidy and friendly. I've had no complaints in the 2.5 years we have lived together.

Bills include council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi, and come up to around 100 per month. So including bills per month you are paying 720 give or take.

The apartment is also managed by an agency so there is a fee you have to pay which is 240gbp.

So to break things down......

621.11 for the months rent.
860 as a deposit which will be refunded by agency when/if you leave.
and 240 for admin fee and reference check.

Im flexible on when to leave. So you may not have to pay the full 621.11 of the months rent. Depends on which day of the month you move in.

Viewings can be on week days on or around 6.30pm. I could possibly do viewings at lunch time also as i work only in hammersmith, You would have to be on time sharpish though between a time we organise between 2 to 4.
