Upstairs comprises of two double bedrooms and a beautifully decorated bathroom with rolltop bath and rain shower. Combi boiler so always have hot water!
Walking distance to both Plumstead High Street and Woolwich Arsenal town / market.
Approx. 7 minute walk to Plumstead station, 17 minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal DLR and train station. Also bus stop 2 minute walk from the house which can take you straight to Plumstead / Woolwich Arsenal or Thamesmead / Abbey Wood. Parking available behind the property. 20 minute door-to-door to London City Airport.

So, a bit about me, live-in landlord, single professional female, late 30’s, work in the city. I am very sociable but also enjoy relaxing at home and switching off after a busy week. A cheeky mid-week drink on many occasion but no parties. Recently got a kitten so must be cat friendly as she is an indoor pet.

Room would be perfect for a like minded female professional, considerate of one another’s space but also happy to enjoy a drink and a natter in the evenings watching TV / movies.
