Huge bedroom - the largest bedroom in the flat. Big enough for a double bed, storage, a desk and some cart wheels. Perfect for someone who might have a bit of extra furniture or just wanting more space. The rent is £700 a month.

Bills are around 80-100£ a month.

The area
Really nice, quiet street within walking distance to West Hampstead & Kilburn High Streets (both have a lot of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.)

Very well-connected to several stations:

- Jubilee Line: 12-15 minute walk (or 5 mins by bus) to West Hampstead or Kilburn Stations (direct tubes to Baker St., Waterloo, London Bridge, Canary Wharf)

- Thameslink: 10 minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink or Cricklewood Thameslink stations (direct trains to Kings Cross, City (St Paul's), Farringdon, London Bridge, Luton, Gatwick)

- Overground: (direct to Clapham Junction / Stratford / Richmond).

Plenty of bus/night bus options as well.
