Double room in friendly Crouch End house

The room

We have a great double room available in our lovely big house in Crouch End.

It's a medium sized room in great condition with lots of light. Our current housemate is moving abroad so ideally she'd like to leave her furniture, which is all really nice as you can see from the pictures. We might be able to be flexible on this depending on your circumstances though.

The house is great - huge big living room, big kitchen and lovely garden for the summer. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Crouch End, and less than 5 mins to the W3 bus stop which takes you straight to Finsbury Park.

You'll be sharing with 3 girls who are all 30 or 31, but we really don't mind if you're a guy or girl. We've been friends for a long time and socialise together a lot, go out for drinks at the weekend, cook dinners, watch films, go climbing etc. Ideally we want someone who's up for getting involved a bit with us and our other friends.

We're pretty tidy and take good care of the house so would like someone who will do the same. We also have an awesome, cuddly dog, so please only apply if you like them and would be happy living with one!

If you don't know Crouch End it's a great area - loads of pubs, restaurants and shops, close to some great walks where we take the dog and easy to get around from Finsbury Park. Any other questions drop us a message!
