Small single room £400 + bills from 9th of April

Hey there!

We have a good value room available in our flat in Stoke Newington Church Street. The flat is small, there's no living room, hence the price, but the cosy kitchen can host up to 5 diners! Location is prime, by one of the entries to Clissold Park. There are loads of bus routes - 73, 476, 393, 106, 141, 341, 67 and we're a 15/20 min walk to Canonbury, Finsbury Park, Dalston Kingsland stations...

The room is small, but has potential, attached photos show current arrangement. Also it's very bright and quiet. Please note: it comes with a double bed only and bills are additional £60 a month, incl. broadband.

The current household is of 4 female, in our 30's, all working professionals, with different busy schedules, but who like to share the odd meal or drink in the kitchen.

We're looking for a non-smoking, professional, preferably in their late 20s/30s; we don't have a gender preference, just a sociable and responsible person, who is also happy to share house chores (cleaning rota). Ideally, we'd like to find someone to stay long term, but we would consider short terms too.
