I'm Jonny, I'm 38 and I'm an accountant (I promise you I'm not the boring type ;-) ). I've had this lovely property since 2016, as my home, and it's now available to rent.

The room advertised is the 2nd bedroom. It has a nice view out the window of the woodland area beyond the back garden.

The master bedroom is currently rented out to Joanna, who has been living here for over a year now.

The 3rd bedroom is currently rented out to John, who has been living here for over a year now.

Both housemates are friendly and easy going, It's quite a chilled vibe.

The house has a large kitchen, living room, bathroom (with bath and walk-in shower) and garden, with 1 off-road (bay) parking space available for you to use.

Access to supermarkets is a short drive away, and there are also smaller convenience stores and takeaways just a few minutes walk away.

I'm looking for a professional to join the home who is clean and tidy but not obsessively so. It is a lovely house (of course I'm bias), very spacious and if you come for a viewing I'm sure you'll want to rent the room being offered.
